★ GIFT WRAPPING:
Each item will come beautifully gift wrapped ready for your special someone or just a little treat for yourself.  If you are giving separate pieces as gifts to more than one recipient, please reach out to me.  

★ CUSTOM ORDERS:
Please feel free to request a custom item at any time. Understand that some custom orders will take longer to make, so patience is greatly appreciated.

★ PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
Carruthers Jewelry accepts PayPal and credit cards.  For certain payment methods, item(s) will not be shipped until funds have cleared.

 

S H I P P I N G  I N F O
★ Processing Time: 
Because all items are handmade it will take 5-7 business days to get orders shipped. Similar to USPS, Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. 

★ Address Accuracy: 
Be sure to include the correct shipping address when checking out. Carruthers Jewelry is not responsible for replacing any order incorrectly addressed due to out-of-date customer information or typing errors.  

★ Domestic Shipping: 
Domestic orders placed use USPS standard first class shipping, or buyers can upgrade to USPS Priority at checkout. First Class will take anywhere from 3-9 business days, and Priority will take 1-3 business days. Please understand that this figure is dependent on USPS logistics, and shipping time will vary based on their specific time frames.  
Carruthers Jewelry will include tracking numbers with all domestic orders at no additional cost. 

★ International Shipping: 
International orders are shipped via First Class Mail International, and can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.  International customers are responsible for any / all custom charges, import taxes and/or fees.  

★ Insurance:
If you would like to insure your item, please email me (kelsey@CarruthersJewelry.com)  prior to placing the order. Carruthers Jewelry will not replace (and is not responsible) for any orders that are lost after they are scanned in by the USPS. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, Carruthers Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost packages. 

 

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y
***Note: You have 30 days from ship date to bring any concerns to the attention of Carruthers Jewelry. Any and all jewelry (including damaged, imperfections,  etc.) will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances after it has been more than 30 days from shipment date.***

★ REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:

Because this is handmade jewelry, made to order, no refunds or exchanges are offered at this time.  If there is a mistake with your order, we are happy to work out a solution.  

In the case that your order is incorrect or ARRIVES damaged, please contact Carruthers Jewelry.  A replacement item will be shipped. Only identical items will be given as a replacement.
