Here's a little about me...

     Hello!  My name is Kelsey Carruthers, and I'm the designer, maker, and everything else here at Carruthers Jewelry.  I began my jewelry journey as a hobby when I was in college.  When I graduated with my BA in Psychology and Sociology in 2014 from Benedictine University, I took the leap and decided to continue my jewelry company full time.  I am a self-taught metalsmith; my material of choice is sterling silver, and my favorite techniques include hand-stamping, stone setting, and making charms using PMC.  Jewelry design has become an indescribable and innate passion!

     Originally from the Chicago suburbs, I currently live in Canton, Georgia with my husband Adam, our daughter Claire, our two dogs (Manny and Jesse), and our cat (Sweet P).  In addition to designing jewelry, I love to kayak, cook, binge watch tv series, and attempt home DIY projects.
